Processing of personal data 

When you visit this website, use our services or apply to us, your personal data will be collected and processed. This concerns in particular the following data and takes place in the following situations for the purposes listed below. 

We use the personal data we collect to conclude and process contracts with you, in particular in the context of medical treatment, personal advice, and to comply with our legal obligations. In addition, we also process personal data to the extent of our legitimate interest.



When you visit our website, we and service providers commissioned by us process your personal data for the purpose of operation and performance as well as for the optimization and further development of our offer.

When the website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information. This includes:

  • Websites from which the user's system accesses our website;

We process this connection data within the scope of our legitimate interest in order to provide our website in the best possible way, namely to analyze how visitors use this website; they are also evaluated for statistical purposes and used for internal measures to improve security and quality.

3.1.1 Cookies & Analysis and Tracking Tools

We use "cookies" on our websites, with which your browser or device can be identified. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer or automatically stored on your computer or mobile device by the web browser you use when you visit our website or install an app. At the beginning of your website visit, you can select the desired cookies in our preference center and give your consent to the processing of your data. 3.1.2 Google Analytics

3.1.3 Google Maps

Our websites may include the Google Maps map service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter “Google”). The integration of Google Maps establishes a direct connection to the Google servers and your browser. This enables the Google Maps map to be displayed. By integrating and using the Google Maps map, your IP address and information on how the maps are used by your browser will be transmitted to Google for independent data processing. Google also processes the search terms you enter on the Google Maps map (e.g. city, zip code or dealer name) and your current location, provided you have given your express consent via the Google Maps application. In addition, the Google Maps map also integrates so-called Google Fonts. These are fonts from Google. To display the Google Fonts on the Google Maps map, a connection is also established from your browser to the Google server and your IP address is transmitted by your browser to Google for independent data processing.
